Refund policy
Refunds: We do not issue refunds to orders that are scanned "Delivered". If your tracking is showing your package was delivered but you have not received it, we suggest contacting your local post office and opening a claim.
All MadeGlueless wigs are made to order and customised to our signature standard following purchase.
Under the Sale of Goods Act, 1962 (Act 137), personalised and bespoke items are exempt from the “Reasonable Time" Rule (Section 52)”.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.
Wigs cannot be returned if:
- The lace has been cut
- The wig has been worn, styled, or altered
- The hygiene tag has been removed
We recommend reviewing all product details carefully before purchasing.
By placing this order, you acknowledge that your wig is made to order and is non refundable unless faulty.
