Welcome to MADE GLUELESS. By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

MADE GLUELESS is an online store specializing in premium ladies’ wigs.

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent/guardian.
  • You will use this website lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products & Product Information

We aim to display our wigs, colors, textures, and styles as accurately as possible. However:

  • Actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
  • Wig density, texture, and lace appearance may have slight variations.
  • Product availability is subject to stock levels.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, pricing, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed are in GHC unless otherwise stated.

We accept payments through approved payment methods available at checkout.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for any bank, transfer, or transaction charges.

Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

4. Order Processing

  • All wig orders are subjected to 3-4 weeks processing window. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
  • During promotions, launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended.
  • Once your order is confirmed, you may not be able to make changes.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Product unavailability

In such cases, any eligible payment will be refunded.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All wig orders are subjected to 3-4 weeks processing window. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All MadeGlueless wigs are made to order and customised to our signature standard following purchase.


Under the Sale of Goods Act, 1962 (Act 137), personalised and bespoke items are exempt from the “Reasonable Time" Rule (Section 52)”.

Due to the bespoke nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.


Wigs cannot be returned if:

  • The lace has been cut
  • The wig has been worn, styled, or altered
  • The hygiene tag has been removed

 

We recommend reviewing all product details carefully before purchasing.
By placing this order, you acknowledge that your wig is made to order and is non refundable unless faulty.

7. Wig Care Responsibility

Care instructionsHow do I look after my wig?To maintain the condition of your wig, we recommend you to:Prior to washing, ensure the hair has been combed through thoroughly and is smooth to minimise tangling. It is important not to comb the unit when it is wet to avoid tangling.Wash the unit once a month using conditioner only. This will help restore your unit back to its natural state.Use a generous amount of sulfate-free conditioner on the unit,NO SILICONE MIX, ensuring thorough coverage. After conditioning, seal the unit in a bag for up to 24 hours to allow the conditioner to penetrate the hair.Rinse the unit thoroughly, ensuring all the conditioner is removed, and air dry. Avoid rubbing or wringing the hair.To lock in moisture and maintain a healthy appearance, apply a suitable serum to the hair after washing.
